Arugula is a lesser known cruciferous vegetable that provides many of the same benefits as other vegetables of the same family, which include broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts. Arugula leaves, also known as rocket or roquette, are tender and bite-sized with a tangy flavor.

How to Plant your Seed Pod

Place seed pod in basket

Ensure that you press the rockwool cube to the bottom of the basket so it touches the wick (white string).

Submerge seed pod in water

Fully submerge your seed pod in a bowl of warm water to jump start germination.

Place basket in garden

Once the seed pod absorbed the water, place it in your garden.
