Tatsoi is an Asian variety of Brassica rapa grown for greens. Also called tat choy, it is closely related to the more familiar Bok Choy. This plant has become popular in North American cuisine as well, and is now grown throughout the world.

How to Plant your Seed Pod

Place seed pod in basket

Ensure that you press the rockwool cube to the bottom of the basket so it touches the wick (white string).

Submerge seed pod in water

Fully submerge your seed pod in a bowl of warm water to jump start germination.

Place basket in garden

Once the seed pod absorbed the water, place it in your garden.
